Managing your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your Stripe account, navigate to subscription settings and follow the prompts to cancel or pause.

Opting for a pause will temporarily halt the service, while canceling ends your subscription.

The billing cycles operate on a 31-day period and any remaining unused days can be saved for future use.

What's the main difference between HUGEBITS and other agencies?

The approach. We build product based on user research, while other agencies just design beautiful screens. In our team, we have product managers that are business oriented and have a say when it comes to the final version of the design. We want to build the right thing from the first time. On top of that, we offer support after launch in order to improve your product continuously.

I have a single request, is that a problem?

Absolutely not, you can subscribe and pause or cancel your subscription immediately after the task is finished.

What if the design is not what I've expected?

No problem. You can make unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.

Can I get a refund?

We guarantee your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we are dedicated in finding the best solution for you.
